Ensure 100% Process adherence in all areas of statutory compliances
Keep track of statutory payments and ensure their timely clearances
Ensure new joinee ESIC and PF formalities including PF withdrawal. Liaise with branch to resolve staff issues
Ensure all site Labour license as per Labour act and its timely renewal
Liaise with the ESI and PF office for monthly subscription, challans and sending to branches
Liase with sites/operations team for Maintenance all registers/reports of sites as per Labour act
Ensure proper calculation of ESI and PF contribution and deposit to concerned office
Visit branches/sites as and when required for statutory audits.
Ensure no notices are received. Incase of any audit objections, the same are pro-actively responded
Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 3,00,000 P.A.
